	Individual
			Fee $100 entitles member to one (1) vote and full membership priviliges.
	General Agency
			Fee $500.00 entitles company to name one (1) voting member and name four (4) associate members. Each associate member may upgrade to voting status by paying an additional $100.00 during the fiscal year.
	Insurance Company
			Fee $1,000.00 entitles company to name one (1) voting member and name six associate members. Each associate member may upgrade to voting status by paying an additional $100.00 during the fiscal year.
	Associate
			Any individual licensed as a Professional (Limited or Personal), Bail Soliciting Agent or Bail Enforcement Agent. Associate members do not have a vote in the affairs of the MBAA.
